Depending on location, products will be shipped by Canada Post or Courier. Shipping method with be provided at checkout with tracking information, all orders will be packaged on Sundays and shipped on Mondays.
You can return any item(s) within 5 days of delivery for a full refund only if they have been unopened. If the item is erroneous or defective, we will happily cover the shipping cost to return the item(s). If there is no issue with the item(s), however, we cannot cover the return shipping.
Depending on your payment method, you should receive your full refund within 5-7 business days to the original payment method from when we receive the return item(s). We will let you know once your refund has been issued. If you don’t receive a refund within 5-7 business days after we’ve notified you, please contact your bank or credit card company.
